Chief Justice declares constitution unconstitutional

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts declared on Friday that the U.S. Constitution is unconstitutional, according to the U.S. Constitution. Roberts explained his decision by saying, "This constitution constitutes that if we are to constitute a constituency of constituents constituated by some form of constitutionality, we must deconstitutionalize." Jan Crawford Greenburg, Supreme Court reporter for the Chicago Tribune, provided the following analysis, after the announcement by Roberts: "I have no idea what he just said."

When asked to elaborate on what this landmark decision would mean for the future of America, Roberts said only that, "When it happens, you'll know." The Chief Justice then receded to his chambers, from which he has not yet returned.

YES!!!!
Is this considered legislating from the bench?

John Roberts' next big move will be to declare that underwear must be changed every half hour. Underwear will now be worn on the outside so he can check.
Also all children under the age of eighteen are now eighteen.
The bald eagle will now longer be the national bird. The new national bird is the avain flu infected goat.
The new national lunch box is the John Roberts commemerative lunch box.
And finally the new official language of the United States of America is...newspeak. Fortunately, our politicians have been working hard to learn this language in recent years and will make the transition seamlessly.
